Security Hut
Excellent. Shedring items are always high quality. This one is no different. I am rubbish at model making but their products are , even for me, easy to put together. This was also very safely,and securely packaged. Great stuff.

arrived missing parts and looks used as a return already
Unfortunately arrived with parts missing not in any packaging perspex for Windows doors looks like it had been kicked around the floor. (shedring reply) After contacting us we were more than happy with replacing the laser cut perspex and the 3D printed base. please understand that we are a small 3 man familly run business and we are experiencing a much higher amount of orders than normal even for this time of year. We cannot afford custom packaging for every item as this would raise the price of our products, We make every effort to make sure damage does not occur in transit. After reviewing the images sent to us of the perspex, We noted that it looked a little dirty from the laser cutting process and was likely not cleaned by mistake. Please note: WE DO NOT SEND OUT RETURNED PRODUCTS. These items are put into our rejects box to sell at exhibitions at a lower price.
